1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StartBase Inc. ("StartBase," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

StartBase provides a platform to assist users with business incorporation and compliance processes in the Philippines, including but not limited to SEC registration, BIR registration, and LGU permit assistance (the "Services").

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our Services are intended to streamline administrative processes and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal or tax advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Certain Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StartBase Inc. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Philippines and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StartBase Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
